What’s Battle of the Bands?
Here’s the deal – 5 bands played 2 songs each on Thursday night, October 3, 2019 at the Market Hotel. The judges panel included members of No Vacation and Surf Rock is Dead.
The top 2 finalists (Cenny Ray & Wild Sleep) will take their talents to the Second Annual Russell J. Sprouts Celebration of Life Event on Saturday night, November 16, 2019 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg to perform in front of hundreds of people and battle it out for the prize. First place prize: full day of recording at Diamond City Studio + $1,000 * Second place prize: half day of recording at Diamond City Studio + $500 * Third place prize: $250.
